ABOUT US
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator (German speaking) to join our team:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by serving as the primary contact for customers regarding all inquiries related to the order fulfilment process logistics and order documentation
  • Execution of Sales Orders. Focus market: DACH region
  • Track delivery status and manage delivery details to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure timely approvals in CRM to maintain efficient workflow
  • Perform risks and delays analysis and maintain accurate information in SAP to mitigate potential issues and ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate closely with internal divisions including HQ Sales Planning & Allocation Logistics Finance Technical and Legal to ensure seamless communication and cooperation

LOCATION

Your backpack is filled with
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions (Inside Sales Management Sales Operation or Order Fulfilment)
  • University degree (BA) in business administration or similar
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
