Iron Mountain is seeking an Onboarding&Recruitment Partner to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension to a permanent role.

Were looking for someone with strong onboarding experienceparticularly in managing offers contracts and employment documentation for hires in Romania. While recruitment experience is a plus were also open to candidates who are eager to develop their skills in recruitment and talent acquisition.

In this role youll support and collaborate throughout the hiring lifecycle with a focus on ensuring a seamless and professional onboarding experience for new employees. Youll also manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline positions and occasionally for specialized roles.

This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule. While there are no mandatory office days occasional presence in either Cluj-Napoca or Bucharest is required to meet candidates for signing employment documents.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening selection and onboarding for both volume and occasionally specialized roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational talent needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Actively contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts while staying updated on industry trends and market insights.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment-related policies legal regulations and support general HR-related administrative tasks as required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential;
• Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the business.
• A proactive results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency.
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred along with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
