Executive Assistant Recruitment Support Elevate Leadership & Recruitment with High-Touch Executive Support

Full-Time 40 hours per week 8 hours per day

Starting Offer: Negotiable competitive with experience

Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Pacific Time (remote; overlap with U.S. hours required)

Overview

We are hiring an Executive Assistant Recruitment Support Specialist to provide high-touch executive support to leadership in the U.S.-based Educational Staffing industry. This is not a simple admin role you ll serve as the polished professional and personable extension of leadership managing priorities and driving recruitment outreach with warmth and accountability.

The ideal candidate has a strong verifiable track record (3 years) supporting executives or recruitment teams with reputable references that highlight professionalism punctuality and reliability. Success in this role means ensuring leaders time is maximized candidates feel personally valued and recruitment systems are efficient accurate and outcome-driven.

Key Responsibilities (Outcome-Driven)

  • Deliver high-touch executive support (calendar inbox communications) with precision polish and reliability.

  • Drive candidate outreach campaigns that are personal professional and aligned with the brand s voice.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment systems and CRMs for smooth recruiter handoffs.

  • Draft professional communications that enhance the organization s reputation.

  • Act as a trusted liaison between leadership candidates and partners with friendliness and punctuality.

  • Support workflow improvements and tech adoption to streamline recruitment processes.




SMARTe Objectives (First 120 Days)

  1. Launch AI-enabled inbox/calendar workflows within 30 days reducing manual work by 20%.

  2. Execute 2 candidate outreach campaigns by Day 60 with at least 15 engaged responses.

  3. Deliver a recruitment dashboard within 45 days to track pipeline health.

  4. Roll out branded communications templates by Day 60 for consistent voice.

  5. Provide weekly leadership briefs on priorities candidates and workflows by Day 90.

  6. Propose 3 process improvement ideas by Day 120 with measurable efficiency gains.

30 Days Deliver 2 3 value bombs (automation outreach CRM cleanup).

60 Days Own outreach and executive cycles with measurable engagement lift.

90 Days Scale workflows optimize outreach and present impact metrics.
