Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Under the direction of the Human Resources Director this person is responsible to plan and coordinate all functions of the Human Resources department including employee relations recruitment and record-keeping for all certified and non-certified staff; and to work with unions and employees to ensure proper execution of collective bargaining agreements and maintain positive labor relations.
Provide database maintenance (District and NH Dept of Ed EIS System) maintain filing systems and orders departmental supplies.
