Job Description
Corporate BPO -Hiring for Multiple Location formultiple International BPOs under one roof for various Voice-based Processes including:
- Customer Service
- Sales
- Collections
- Travel Sales
- Travel Process
- Technical Support
This is an exciting opportunity for graduates with excellent spoken English skills to build a career in international customer support and sales domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Meet process targets and quality standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Work closely with the team and follow process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate/ Undergraduate(Freshers are welcome)
- Communication: Excellent spoken English is a must.
- Location: .Gurgaon (Face 2 Face / Virtual Round)/ Bangalore (Face 2 Face) & Mumbai (Virtual / Face 2 Face)/Chennai (Virtual round ) / Hyderabad (Face 2 Face)
- Availability: Looking for immediate joiners.
- Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in night shifts.
- 3 Rounds of Interview
- 1- HR round
- 2- Ops round-
- 3- Versant / Amcat round
