Job Description
Role: Manager - Fundraising Donor Acquisition & Retention Bangalore
Experience: 6 years
Salary: Up to 10-14 LPA
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Fundraising Manager to lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies that support our mission and long-term growth. The role involves managing and cultivating donor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Donor Cultivation & Stewardship
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors corporate partners and foundations.
- Develop tailored engagement plans to increase donor retention and lifetime value.
- Oversee donor recognition and stewardship programs.
Grant Management
- Research and identify grant opportunities.
- Prepare compelling grant proposals and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead mentor and motivate fundraising staff and volunteers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with program finance and communications teams.
Qualifications
We are looking for people who have:
- Proven fundraising experience.
- Strong understanding of donor cultivation solicitation and stewardship practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including proposal writing.
- Strong leadership organizational and project management skills.
