Are you passionate about delivering a high-quality employee experience Join our dynamic team as an Employee Services Officer where you will play a crucial role in managing enquiries resolving issues and supporting the employee lifecycle. This includes handling employment records salary and leave administration and ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Agreement and relevant legislation. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives enhancing service delivery and supporting business process improvements.
We are looking for an individual to join our established team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality customer service to our staff. Ideally we need someone with previous experience working in a high administrative processing environment. Candidates with backgrounds as HR Generalists HR Administrators HR Coordinators or recent graduates would be particularly well-suited for this role.
If you have a passion for providing exceptional support a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving we would love to hear from you.
