Whats the role
The role of Senior Manager Process and Intelligent Automation at Westpac involves championing automation technologies to help business units achieve their goals. The successful candidate will manage stakeholder engagement from initial contact to handover for solution delivery ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication. They will oversee engagement across Intelligent Automation and Process Mining teams aligning efforts and coordinating tasks. The role requires a deep understanding of technical capabilities and experience in consulting to elicit stakeholder requirements triage requests and funnel opportunities to delivery teams.
