Role description: As an SDR you are part of the first team for Benelux building out the region. This role will be a combination of outbound pipelinegeneration & inbound lead qualification. You will use a modern tech stack (Salesforce Cloudtalk Apollo SalesNavigator) to assessICP accounts identify stakeholders and book meetings to generate pipeline. Germany is a focus area with tons of growth opportunities for the company and you can make a big impact on its growth!
- Target / KPI:Target is 18 SQLs/month
- Team attainment: 90%
- Deal size/cycle: 10-20K ARR with 45-60 day cycles
- PG% % & support:70% outbound / 30% inbound

- New government legislation isdriving tons of inbound leads to the company - they need to comply and need a solution like Silktide for this
- Company grew to 5M ARR with mainly inbound - Leadership strategy & process are now in place to scale at 100% YoY growth; the outbound machine has now been built and runs successfully across EMEA

Must haves
- 6-12months of SDR experience in b2b SaaS
True enterprise experience: knows stakeholder management and level of sophisticated outreach.
Level of maturity and self-sufficiency. This is the first hire in Germany without an on-site manager. Silktide looks for self-starterswho can take ownership without needing a manager who looks over their shoulder every day. Christian will visit bi-weekly in the beginning to make sure everything runs smoothly

Salary range & secondary benefits:up to 70 - 85K OTE (60/40 split)
The 85K OTE salary is set on SDR level 2 with 1 year experience (level 3 is higher but needs more experience)
