Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive room revenue group bookings and event sales.
Manage relationships with key corporate clients travel agencies and tour operators.
Represent the hotel at trade shows networking events and industry functions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote packages seasonal offers and brand visibility.
Prepare regular sales forecasts performance reports and market analysis.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently present the hotel s services and facilities.
Work closely with the Reservations Events and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the luxury hospitality sector.
Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations and market dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM and hotel sales software is a plus.
Availability to work on-site and flexibility to travel as needed
