Qualifications
- Prior experience working in long-term care assisted living skilled nursing senior living memory care or equivalent
- Knowledge of all relevant regulations and policies
- Excellent skills in communication management and problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through strategic outreach lead management and community engagement.
- Maintain and optimize CRM/lead database; generate and interpret key reports to guide team strategy.
- Consistently improve census and revenue through goal-oriented planning and execution.
- Translate business metrics (e.g. NOI revenue forecasts) into actionable insights for the sales team.
- Design and implement successful sales campaigns and revenue-enhancement strategies.
- Oversee creation and quality of marketing materials including brochures presentations and digital assets to ensure brand consistency and impact.
- Manage online presence and collaborate with regional sales/marketing directors to align messaging and outreach efforts.
- Identify target audiences and personalize messaging and channels for maximum engagement.
- Track campaign performance; analyze data and adjust strategies to continuously improve conversion rates and outcomes.
