Responsibilities
Drive sales growth through strategic outreach lead management and community engagement.
Maintain and optimize CRM/lead database; generate and interpret key reports to guide team strategy.
Consistently improve census and revenue through goal-oriented planning and execution.
Translate business metrics (e.g. NOI revenue forecasts) into actionable insights for the sales team.
Design and implement successful sales campaigns and revenue-enhancement strategies.
Oversee creation and quality of marketing materials including brochures presentations and digital assets to ensure brand consistency and impact.
Manage online presence and collaborate with regional sales/marketing directors to align messaging and outreach efforts.
Identify target audiences and personalize messaging and channels for maximum engagement.
Track campaign performance; analyze data and adjust strategies to continuously improve conversion rates and outcomes.
