Job Description
Job Title: Acumatica Systems Analyst
Location:Haymarket/Gainesville VA
Position Type:Contract/Consulting with potential for permanent placement
Company Overview:Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnering with a mid-sized services firm in the Haymarket/Gainesville VA area. We are seeking an experienced Acumatica Systems Analyst to provide post-implementation support and drive the optimization of our Acumatica ERP system.
Job Summary:The Acumatica Systems Analyst will be responsible for enhancing and supporting the Acumatica ERP system across various locations in the US. This role requires on-site presence five days a week and offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement within the Acumatica ERP system.
- Configure and customize Acumatica modules to align with business needs.
- Develop and maintain system documentation including user guides and training materials.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Acumatica-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Acumatica with other systems.
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops to enhance system utilization.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and upgrades.
- Assist in data migration and system implementation projects.
- Provide comprehensive post-implementation support to ensure system efficiency and user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience with Acumatica as an administrator or implementation partner.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Acumatica certification is a plus.
- Must be able to work on-site in the Haymarket/Gainesville area.
