Job Title: Salesforce Cloud Data Platform (CDP) Specialist
Experience: 6 Years
Location: Remote
Contract Role for 6 Months Extendable
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Cloud Data Platform (CDP) Specialist with a proven track record of implementing and managing CDP solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce CDP and its integration capabilities as well as experience in delivering end-to-end data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- CDP Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce CDP to meet business requirements.
- Data Management: Manage customer data ensuring accuracy security and compliance with industry regulations.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce CDP with other Salesforce clouds and third-party applications.
- Customer Insights: Leverage CDP to create unified customer profiles deliver actionable insights and enhance customer engagement strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize the performance of the Salesforce CDP platform.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including data flow diagrams integration guides and best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce CDP solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce CDP promptly.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud Data Platform (CDP).
- Strong understanding of customer data unification segmentation and activation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem including Marketing Cloud Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in data integration tools and techniques (APIs ETL middleware).
- Experience with data privacy governance and compliance regulations (GDPR CCPA etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
