The Opportunity
A Patient Services Administrator has the primary role of providing exemplary customer service to the patients clinicians and other departments of our Brisbane Newstead Facility.
This role will have you interacting with patients to give them a quality experience by providing exemplary service answering their questions and diffusing frustrating and difficult situations whilst they are on their IVF journey.
