Occupli are recruiting a Quality Administrator.
Title: Operations and Quality Administrator for the Consultancy / R&P Team
Reporting to: Consultancy Director
Introduction:
This is a staff position reporting directly to the department Director. The successful candidate will assist with the administration support required to run the consultancy and R&P departments effectively and commercially.
Main purpose of the position:
This is an administration support position and requires the appointee to be flexible at all times. While the departmental Director has full ownership for the management and commercial performance of the department the administrator s role is to pro-actively support the manager in fulfilling these performance criteria. The successful applicant will be required to co-operate and liaise with the existing administration team and department personnel to carry out the day-to-day administration of the H&S Consultancy / R&P departments (on a 80/20% time ratio basis) in the most effective way possible.
