Job Description
1. Interact with customers on handset related issues
2. Troubleshoot handset defects
3. Handle handset related queries
4. Record job entry in Customer Relationship Management portal
5. Upgrade software of handsets
6. Assemble / dismantle smartphones - unibody/duo body.
7. Repair handsets by changing screen speaker mic camera etc
8. Repair handsets by PCB swap charging connecter replacement etc
9. Deposit of cash collected through service
10. Verify handsets for exchange
Skills
1. Customer Focus
2. Communication skills
3. Problem Solving skills
4. Handset repair skills
5. Knowledge of spares operations
6. Knowledge of CRM Systems
Experience Required
0 - 4 Years
Education Required
102 / ITI / Diploma Certification in Device Care (Preferred)
Fixed CTC for Vadodara Location : 2.5 LPAwith other benefits.
