Job Description

Salary Range: $37.95 - $45.18

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Programs this dynamic and highly motivated individual will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President of Clinical Programs/Chief Nursing Executive as well as the Clinical Programs. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of initiative autonomy and sound judgment with exemplary customer service skills being essential. Responsibilities will include providing confidential administrative support coordination of schedules projects and meetings as well as direct accountability for some projects within the clinical office.The successful candidate manages competing demands effectively coordinates all project operational and administrative activities including prioritization of matters requiring attention necessary follow-up and reporting on active issues as required. The ability to anticipate and solve problems is required.

This position contributes to ensuring there is a safe environment for patients staff and visitors. We are searching for an administrative professional with a proven track record of delivering exemplary customer service in our fast paced and dynamic environment.
