Job Description

Exciting opportunities are available for Client Service Officers to join our team. We are a diverse team of individuals united together by a genuine desire to help our clients achieve their financial goals. We provide clients with a high level of service and personalised advice and the Client Service Officer role is a key element to this. A successful and reputable firm with over 50 employees spanning across our offices in Brisbane Maroochydore Adelaide and the Hunter Valley. We have multiple roles available across our offices and individuals will have the opportunity to join a high performing and growing business.

  • Working as a part of our service team you will be responsible for:

  • Basic administration duties including phones email diary management mail and other ad hoc tasks as required
  • Manage the implementation of strategy and processing of all documents
  • Manage all work in progress (WIP)
  • Maintain and update relevant systems and databases
  • Manage client inquiries with sophistication empathy and professionalism
  • Liaise with providers
  • To be considered for this opportunity you require:
  • Proven administration experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to adopt new systems and processes efficiently
  • Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
  • Strong computer and data management skills
  • Experience in a similar role in financial services (preferred not mandatory)
  • Determination to succeed commitment to the business and an eagerness to learn
  • Bachelor degree in related field or working towards this qualification (preferred not mandatory)
