The Training Supervisor will direct the training department to ensure OTJ training and quality standards are met. Key results in this role include but are not limited to controlling training costs maintaining training records and acts as an active internal auditor and administrative support for peer department. The ideal candidate is a highly organized initiative-taking analytical problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks and with a people-first mindset.
