Turn Hotel Websites Into High-Converting Booking Machines

Position: Landing Page & Conversion Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Mid-Level

About Us

We are a global hospitality education and support platform helping hotels increase direct bookings through expert training WordPress hosting digital marketing tools and live coaching. We work with independent hotels around the world to help them grow online and take control of their guest journey.

Were now looking for a Landing Page & Conversion Specialist to improve how hotels turn visitors into bookers - both through better page design and smarter conversion strategy.

The Role

As our Landing Page & Conversion Specialist youll help hotel clients improve the performance of their websites and booking flows. Youll design optimize and audit landing pages using WordPress (and tools like Elementor Divi Thrive) and collaborate with the ads email and coaching teams to ensure every page supports business goals.

Youll also host live webinars and coaching sessions teaching hotels how to improve their own sites for better conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize landing pages for campaigns offers and booking flows
  • Audit client websites and provide conversion improvement feedback (UX CTAs layout)
  • Work inside WordPress (Elementor or similar) to build pages that look great and perform well
  • Host webinars and coaching sessions on landing page best practices
  • Collaborate with ads email and content teams to align pages with traffic sources
  • Test and tweak forms CTAs popups and guest journey flow
  • Provide basic design assets (images layouts buttons) when needed
  • Help standardize templates and page structures that can scale across clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 years experience with landing page design and conversion optimization (CRO)
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress (especially Elementor or similar builders)
  • Experience reviewing and improving site performance and UX
  • Confident communicating directly with clients and coaching them on improvements
  • Strong attention to detail and visual hierarchy
  • Basic understanding of how landing pages fit into ad email and SEO funnels
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred (but not required)

  • Background in hospitality tourism or service-based website optimization
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics heatmaps (Hotjar) or split-testing tools
  • Experience designing booking offer pages and upsell flows
  • Light graphic design skills (Canva Figma or Photoshop)
