We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. In this role youll be the voice of Nexa Ride Express providing timely accurate and empathetic support to our customers partners and drivers.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat and ticketing platforms with professionalism and clarity.
Resolve service issues related to shipments delivery updates payment inquiries and general support.
Collaborate with dispatch operations and driver support teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions feedback and issue resolutions.
Identify recurring problems and flag them to the operations or product teams for improvement.
Uphold Nexa Ride Expresss commitment to providing world-class customer experience.
5 years of experience in customer support preferably in logistics transportation or tech-driven services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using customer service platforms (e.g. Zendesk Freshdesk HubSpot etc.).
Empathy-driven solution-focused and calm under pressure.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
