The opportunity
Are you passionate about amplifying employee voices and turning insights into action Were looking for a dynamic Culture and Inclusion Leadto drive uplift in our culture and employee experiences with a strong focus on driving our global employee listening strategy.
Your new role
Youll be at the heart of our global culture and inclusion team leading the design delivery and evolution of ouremployee listening program consulting on strategic surveys across the business and helping to delivery culture and employee experience initiatives. This is a hands-on role with real impacthelping shape how we gather interpret and act on employee feedback across the business.
Work with a global community of practice to uplift culture and employee experience.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of ourglobal employee voice surveys.
Partner with stakeholders todesign and deliversurveys that matter.
Extract and presentkey insightsfor stakeholders including executive audiences.
Support the business withstrategic surveys offering guidance to ensure quality and consistency.
Help definekey messagesfrom survey results and guide the business onwhat to do with them.
Continuously improve our approach tosurvey design engagement and reporting.
About you
Proven experience insurvey design and delivery ideally in a large or complex organisation.
Strongdata analysisskills and the ability to distil insights for senior stakeholders.
Experience withemployee listening platformsMedalliaexperience is a plus.
A collaborative mindset and a passion forculture inclusion and employee experience.
