Agricultural Product Marketing Manager
Hybrid - Greater Manchester Area

Our exclusive client a global leader in animal safety solutions is searching for a passionate and creative Product Manager to join their dynamic purpose-driven team.
This role is a unique opportunity to combine your strategic expertise with purpose-led innovation. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring meaningful market-relevant products to life ensuring that customer needs are recognised and seemingly integrated into the companys global portfolio strategy.
Youll also have the opportunity to get out on-farm gaining first-hand insights faced by producers helping you see the bigger picture and shape more impactful solutions.
What youll do:
- Partner closely with the product marketing manager to help grow products boost market share and align with regional goals
- Collaborate with teams across sales operations and supply chain to support product launches and marketing campaigns
- Assist in developing product forecasts pricing strategies and managing product updates throughout the entire product life cycle
- Ensure products stand out in the market with a clear value proposition using customer insights and competitor research
- Support sales teams by helping them understand and promote new and existing products effectively
What were looking for:
- Experience in product marketing/development agricultural sales animal health or a related field
- Agricultural or animal health knowledge essential
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and drive effective execution
- Assertive and motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a collaborative approach
- High attention to detail and a proactive team-orientated approach
- A degree in marketing agriculture or a similar field (desirable)
In return youll receive a base salary of up to 50K DOE company pension annual leave (increasing with length of service) private health care and life insurance.
