Summary:
Are you a compassionate reliable support worker looking to make a real difference Join our dedicated NDIS organisation (please no independent support workers this is a role working for a registered provider).
Location: Narangba
Client: Children with additional needs
Experience with:
ADHD
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Global Development Delay
NG Feeding Tube (preferred but training can be provided)
Shifts Available:
Monday: 6:0010:00am & 5:008:00pm
Tuesday: 7:30am1:30pm
Wednesday: 5:008:00pm
Thursday: 5:008:00pm
Friday: 11:30am2:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and physical support to individuals in need
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and grooming
- Help individuals with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Accompany individuals to appointments and activities
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
- Communicate effectively with individuals families and healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report any changes in an individuals condition
- Provide a safe and comfortable environment for individuals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Blue and Yellow NDIS Screening Card
- First Aid & CPR
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
