Were looking for a COMMERCIAL SALES MANAGER to join our team at Friendship Automotive

What Youll Do:

  • Manage the interface bidding and follow-up of commercial and fleet accounts
  • Present GM with monthly forecasts for fleetdeliveries
  • Work with GM to develop and implement annual business plan forCommercial Vehicle Center
  • Partner withGMsand Friendship Management Services to coordinate fleet sales for all Friendship locations
  • Ensure quality delivery of all commercial sales
  • Follow up on payment for delivered units of commercial accounts
  • Actas source for local and nationalcourtesydeliveries
  • Maintain contact with federal state and local government agencies or utilities to secure fleet business actively utilizing the bidding process
  • Acquire new commercial and fleetaccounts
  • Supply leads to Ford Pro Telematics Team
  • Use resources in CDJR Business Link tool to maximize involvement with commercial accounts
  • Train and assist Commercial Department Sales and Support Teams
  • Collaborate with Service Managers to help grow and improve service for fleet customers
  • Support New Vehicle Department operations as needed
  • Attend manager meetings as requested
  • Bring a positive attitude to the Friendship Family and culture

Qualification Checklist:

  • 3 years automotive sales experience required
  • 1 year(s) automotive dealership management experience preferred
  • Verifiable success in automotive leadership
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic personality with high-energy attitude
  • Ability to be adaptablewhileleading and training others
  • Customer-focused and process-oriented
  • Available to workflexible hours in fast-paced environment
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license
