RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and prioritize engineering tasks to meet safety quality productivity and delivery targets.
Train and mentor engineers and staff.
Manage processes for molding automation paint systems and assembly equipment.
Develop standardized work and lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Lean teams and corporate engineering on product launches and changes.
Evaluate designs for manufacturability and lead PFMEA updates.
Oversee new tooling introduction EC implementation and preventive maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards including IATF 16949.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in engineering.
5 years automotive manufacturing experience.
Expertise in injection mold design robotic EOAT and programming.
Preferred experience in paint processes robotic paint programming and assembly systems.
Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills.
