Were looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) with a talent for sales strong communication skills and the confidence to actively shape customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage and develop B2B customer relationships
Clearly and compellingly explain the full sales cycle
Implement cross-selling upselling and migration strategies
Build long-term customer loyalty with a focus on growth and satisfaction
Your Profile:
At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or account management
Ability to explain the sales cycle clearly and persuasively
Confident personable and customer-focused demeanor
Language skills:
German: C1 to native level
English: Minimum high B2
EU Work Permit
