A leading beverage Organization is seeking a hands on Project & Installation Engineer to plan coordinate and execute technical projects ensuring top quality installations on time within budget and to the highest safety standards.

What You ll Do
- Project Planning & Control: Define engineering requirements collaborate on drawings with the Project Manager and schedule work packages to meet cost time and quality targets.
- Installation Execution: Lead on site installation of brewing packaging and utilities equipment enforcing safety QA/QC and compliance with all standards.
- Coordination & Supervision: Manage logistics of materials contractors and personnel; monitor progress resolve technical issues and report status to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify risks document lessons learned and recommend corrective actions to optimize future project delivery.
- Safety & Training: Implement and enforce site safety protocols conduct risk assessments and train team members on safe work practices.
- Handover & Close Out: Organize progress meetings manage punch list resolution complete SAP work orders and ensure seamless handover to operations.
Requirements
Who You Are
- Educational & Professional Credentials: HND/BSc/. in Mechanical Electrical Automation or related Engineering field. PMP/IPMA Level D a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in project engineering preferably in beverage FMCG or process industries with proven installation track record.
- Technical Expertise: Strong competencies in mechanical electrical automation and process control systems plus familiarity with brewing and packaging equipment.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent at coordinating cross functional teams negotiating with vendors/OEMs and clearly documenting project status.
