Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a 5-star hospitality environment
Preferably a guiding background
Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Strong organisational and operational management skills
Dynamic proactive and hands-on approach
Willingness to live on-site and commit fully to the role
