Location: Onsite in Darwin Northern Territory
Contract Duration: 12 months
Client: Northern Territory Government Joint Emergency Services Communications Centre (JESCC)
Work Hours: Full-time 8 hours/day
Employer: Cloudstreet Consulting (on behalf of NTG - JESCC)
Clearance Requirements:
National Police Clearance (mandatory)
PF166 Clearance (mandatory)

About the Role
Cloudstreet is hiring a high-calibre Project Manager for its government client the Joint Emergency Services Communications Centre (JESCC) based in Darwin NT. This role supports a new investment project aimed at implementing critical improvements to the Northern Territory s emergency services infrastructure.
As the Project Manager you will be accountable for the successful management delivery and implementation of high-value and complex business systems projects with a strong focus on solution design stakeholder engagement governance and change integration.
Scope of Work
- Deliver business-aligned solutions that meet the objectives of JESCC through high-level project planning and delivery
- Engage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders business areas subject matter experts and vendors
- Apply robust project management frameworks and governance processes
- Lead business transformation by integrating ICT solutions within emergency service environments
- Oversee risk management issue resolution and milestone reporting
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in named project management roles.
- High level leadership interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to take a lead role across business vendor and project stakeholders.
- High level project management skills knowledge and experience in project management methodologies techniques and frameworks with emphasis on strong project planning and control risk and issue management
- Demonstrated track record in providing leadership in matters of governance and probity strategic and business planning resolving complex risks and issues and the successful delivery of agreed business priorities and objectives.
- Excellent liaison skills in particular the ability to negotiate with people across business areas functions and the organisation with a focus on achieving high quality outcomes.
- Proven ability to effectively support change management to integrate new ICT capabilities with organisational transformation needs.
- Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Visio and the usual office tools such as Windows Word Excel PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook (e-mail) proficient in the use of JIRA and SharePoint or ability to quickly acquire.
- Experience identifying and analysing complex legislative and / or regulatory requirements applicable to the relevant industry/work environment and their processes.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience working within a large complex and high-profile ICT project/program environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of IT Service Management framework.
- Experience in technical concepts including system analysis design integration and associated interfaces.
- Experience working in a government environment with preference in the policing and/or emergency services sectors.
