Director of Payroll
As the Director of Payroll youll lead and evolve our global payroll operations ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency across all processes. Youll develop and implement policies for payroll and timekeeping oversee end-to-end payroll executionincluding labor distribution leave accruals and tax withholdingsand ensure full compliance with government reporting requirements. This role may also include oversight of tax payments and stock option administration.
Youll lead a high-performing team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives optimizing systems and delivering a seamless payroll experience for employees.
What Youll Do:
- Lead payroll operations and strategy across multiple regions and entities.
- Develop and enforce payroll policies procedures and compliance standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing tax filings and reporting.
- Partner with HR Finance and Legal to support audits system upgrades and cross-functional initiatives.
- Mentor and develop a team of payroll professionals and junior leaders.
- Contribute to budget planning and operational forecasting.
What You Bring:
- 1114 years of progressive experience in payroll or a related field.
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Deep knowledge of payroll systems tax regulations and compliance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
