Tasks
What Youll Do:
- Lead daily operations from driving memberships to managing team performance and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Set ambitious goals analyze business performance and prioritize tasks to drive continuous growth and operational excellence.
- Cultivate a welcoming and therapeutic environment for members guests and employees.
- Empower your team to succeed through ongoing training clear expectations and regular feedback.
- Act as the go-to leader for both team members and guests resolving challenges with professionalism and care.
- Build strong lasting relationships with your team members and guests ensuring everyone feels valued and connected to our mission of stress-free living.
- Advocate for and inspire a holistic approach to health promoting alternative and science-backed therapies proven to enhance well-being and reduce stress.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- A natural leader passionate about helping people grow and succeed. You enjoy coaching your team to meet and exceed goals while fostering a supportive and collaborative culture.
- Committed to wellness and health with a genuine interest in helping others experience the benefits of innovative and effective therapies.
- Experienced in management sales or a customer-focused service industry (spa gym salon or wellness center experience is a plus!).
- Skilled in navigating challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism always maintaining a constructive and positive tone.
- Dedicated to creating an environment where everyone feels appreciated motivated and connected to the mission of helping others live healthier stress-free lives.
