Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented candidate to join as an IHL (Institute of Higher Learning) Marketing Associate. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about B2B go-to-market execution and higher-ed operations. You will work directly with the founder to support the end-to-end onboarding of our first set of university partners and their sourcing agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify suitable universities (IHLs) and their admissions leadership to reach out to.
- Craft clear thoughtful outreach emails and LinkedIn InMails to initiate conversations.
- Maintain an organised CRM (Google Sheets / Airtable / HubSpot) with outreach pipeline status updates and call notes.
- Coordinate demo calls between founder and university stakeholders ensuring pre- and post-meeting follow-ups.
- Build onboarding guides and SOPs for student-sourcing agents.
- Collaborate on refining the OpenGrads deck landing page copy and one-pager collaterals.
- Track key GTM metrics such as outreach volume conversion rates demo-to-sign rate and agent activation.
- Support webinar and pilot onboarding logistics when required.
Qualifications :

- Comfortable navigating LinkedIn email sequencing tools and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple conversations and deadlines.
- Professional presence and customer empathy when interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Ownership mindset and hunger to build from scratch.
Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Exposure to higher-ed university partnerships or edtech sales.
- Basic design skills in Canva or Figma to tweak GTM assets.
- Understanding of n8n Zapier or basic automation workflows
