Marketing Communications Supervisor is focused on increasing brand awareness in the market aligning a brand image for targeted customers and implementing programs including coordinating the production of advertising and promotional materials based on predetermined marketing themes and messages (e.g. flyers billboards television commercials radio digital advertising etc.). Aligning brand communication strategy in the WH/RT stores through promotions/display communication/catalogue.
- Responsible for aligning and cascade the annual marketing/communication strategy to different media and channels and markets of LATAM.
- Identifying the optimal mix of advertising and promotional channels that aligned with defined customer market segmentation (television radio online etc.)
- Responsible for aligning brand communication strategy in the WH/RT stores through promotions/display communication/catalogue.
- Conceptualization and development of creative content for: POP point of sale promotional campaigns literature digital and print media materials for new product launches.
- Planning and monitoring content for social networks.
- Coordination with agencies for the execution of materials and communication according to strategy and annual plan (PR media communication agencies).
- Follow-up to the execution of paid and organic campaigns and measurement of results.
- Managing events and coordinating brand promotional merchandise.
- Measuring advertising and promotion effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience is required.
- English proficiency Advance
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player with skills to coordinate/participate in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated verbal written and presentation skills.
- Advanced computer skills (Excel PowerPoint Word).
