What you will be doing:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding helping leaders build great teams.
- Providing advice on performance capability and workplace matters.
- Helping to deliver our engagement surveys leadership programs and culture initiatives.
- Coaching leaders and building their confidence in managing people.
- Using data and insights to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
- Partnering with payroll WHS and other teams to keep things running smoothly.
What are we looking for
- 3-5 years experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture advisory role.
- A great communicator who can build trust and bring people together.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a bonus.
- Confident using systems like Martian Logic CultureAmp or keen to learn.
- A proactive solutions-focused team player whos ready to make an impact utilising their strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across operational teams.
- A solutions-focused approach with sound judgement and with discretion.
- Confidence in juggling priorities and working autonomously.
- Alignment with Norcos values of connection authenticity diversity and agility.
