WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You coordinate internal and external data labeling activities ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery across multiple streams.
You develop efficient scalable labeling strategies aligned with project goals and the latest advancements in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
You serve as a central point of contact between stakeholders suppliers and cross-functional teams translating requirements into actionable plans and contracts.
You manage and monitor project timelines milestone tracking and delivery schedules to ensure alignment with business objectives.
You continuously oversee data quality and drive improvements in accuracy and consistency of labeled data.
You evaluate and optimize labeling tools and workflows in close collaboration with development teams.
You maintain clear organized documentation using Confluence and Jira regularly updating progress processes and supplier interactions.
You respond to supplier inquiries clarify requirements and ensure invoicing accuracy and timely approvals.
You lead regular check-ins collaborative planning sessions and stakeholder updates ensuring transparency and alignment at all times.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
3 years of experience in project management ideally within a data operations AI/ML or technology-driven environment.
Strong track record of managing large-scale data labeling or data operations projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working with labeling platforms and managing external vendor relationships.
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to track project metrics monitor performance and support data-driven quality improvements.
Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with fluency in English.
NICE TO HAVE
Previous involvement in AI/ML or computer vision-related projects.
Understanding of supplier procurement invoicing and contract management.
Working knowledge of Python and JSON with experience updating files and running scripts to support reporting and metric tracking using business intelligence tools.
