Responsibilities
In Central Minnesota youll find quality health care as near to you as CHI St. Gabriels Health in Little Falls part of CommonSpirit Health. Weve been serving this area since 1892 and we have the equipment experience and expertise to offer you a full range of the latest health services.
The Lab Assistant will:
- Performs blood collection and specimen processing.
- Assist with clerical duties as requested.
- May perform waived or mod complex testing if appropriate for the department organization.
- Provide instruction for collection of non-blood samples. i.e. stool urine FIT etc.
- Works primarily in the lab specimen processing/intake department of the lab.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred
Phlebotomy program certificate
Lab Assistant Program certification
