Responsibilities:

  • Ability to implement program policies and procedures in order to maintain daily structure and consistency within the program milieu and maintain compliance with DPH licensing standards.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and develop positive professional relationships with staff and co-workers and outside professionals and complete all required documentation.

  • Knowledge of and edibility to work effectively with community-based resources referral networks and public/private systems of care.

  • Ability to assess basic physical social educational legal and service needs of a client and coordinate care with other inter-agency and community-based providers.
