Job Description
Bowser Automotive Inc. is a motivated individual to apply for the the Business Development Representative role. This position is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to kick start their sales careers while also being suitable for individuals with prior experience looking to further their professional growth within tour sales department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle handling inquiries through both our website and inbound phone calls.
- Make outbound follow-up calls and emails to engage with potential customers emphasizing the importance of maintaining strong connections and addressing their needs.
- Facilitate the scheduling of appointments with our sales managers ensuring customers receive personalized attention and enhancing their purchasing experience.
- Provide detailed information on vehicle features and specifications using strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Consistently meet quality assurance standards and key performance metrics to uphold and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to Bowsers policies and procedures including safety guidelines.
Specific Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to think critically ask insightful questions and effectively address customer concerns.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM software with a proven ability to quickly learn new applications.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have a self-motivated work ethic with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to quickly establish rapport with customers both over the phone and online.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift no more than 20 lbs. at a time.
- Ability to maintain a seated position at a computer for up to 8 hours a day.
