Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Administrator to join our team at Medico Hub Connect. The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing various human resource functions to support our hospital operations effectively. This on-site role requires a proactive approach to employee relations and administration.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes for various positions.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs.
  • Manage health and safety programs for employees.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture and environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to employee and organizational success.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environment.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferable.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g. PHR SPHR) is a plus.
  • Understanding of employee engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS.
