LUZCO Technologies is seeking an HR Co-Op to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a student interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR recruiting and day-to-day operations within a collaborative fast-paced environment. The HR Co-Op will support HR processes recruiting activities and administrative tasks while developing skills in communication organization and HR systems.
Were looking for someone interested in working in personat our St. Louis office part-time (about 20 hours per week) on a consistent schedule. Were flexible on the specific days and times we just ask that you stick to the same schedule each week.
What Youll Do:
- Assist with preparing offer letters under supervision.
- Support data entry and updates in HR systems.
- Help coordinate onboarding tasks and offboarding processes.
- Participate in new employee orientation logistics.
- Support resume tracking and applicant data entry.
- Assist with resume screening and scheduling phone screenings for entry-level positions.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating recruiting activities.
- Assist with preparation for career fairs including gathering materials tracking registrations and supporting on-site logistics as needed.
- Provide administrative support for required training tracking and documentation.
- Assist with maintaining employee files and records.
- Complete other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Who You Are:- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
- Interest in gaining HR and recruiting experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) preferred.
