About the Role

As the HR Manager you will be responsible for setting up and leading HR functions in a growing organization. This role involves managing recruitment employee records payroll coordination and developing HR policies to support the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR Management / Business Administration and related degree

  • Familiarity with HR processes (recruitment onboarding payroll compliance)

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to build HR systems from the ground up

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Manage recruitment cycle: job postings shortlisting interviews onboarding

  • Maintain attendance leave records and employee files

  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration

  • Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary actions

  • Support management with workforce planning and performance management

  • Organize training orientation and employee engagement activities

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
