Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow integration projects focusing on TM Forum APIs
- Develop and optimize API performance for ServiceNow modules (CSM ITSM)
- Implement ServiceNow customizations and configurations
- Create and maintain scoped apps within ServiceNow
- Conduct DevOps testing using ATF and GitLab pipelines
- Manage system integrations and interface contacts
- Organize and execute integration tests proactively
