We are seeking a highly capable and strategic HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our people agenda. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and enabling high performance through effective people solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in leading organisational change and transformation within complex fast-paced environments ideally within a technical engineering or high-performance industry. You will have a proven track record of successfully navigating ambiguity and driving cultural and structural change to support business evolution and growth.
As a key member of our HR Business Partnering team you will take a proactive and consultative approach to influence decision-making at all levels. Youll be deeply embedded in your business units enabling leaders to optimise team performance build capability and deliver on strategic goals. Strong stakeholder management data-informed insight and an enterprise mindset are essential to succeed in this role.

Main Duties:
Core Competencies:
Strategic HR Partnering Diagnoses business needs and delivers impactful HR solutions.
Business Acumen In depth understanding of industry trends and dynamics and the role of HR in creating impact and customer value that are aligned to the Williams vision strategy and goals.
Change & Transformation Leadership Effectively supports and drives organisational change from a people perspective.
Stakeholder Management Influences and engages leaders and managers to enable cultural and performance outcomes.
Data-Driven Decision Making Leverages insights to inform people strategy and planning.
Workforce Planning & Organisation Design Designs structures and plans talent pipelines to support future growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven HR experience in a strategic partnering role within a commercial environment.
Demonstrated expertise in change management and transformation.
Strong ER knowledge with up-to-date understanding of UK employment law.
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) required.
