Main Responsibility:
- Overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish through various channels and collaborating with recruitment agencies including selecting suitable candidates arranging interview appointments and preparing the hiring process;
- Coordinating with the related department to update the monthly quarterly and yearly recruitment plans as well as the organizational structure;
- Preparing onboarding materials for new employees including employment contracts and company assets;
- Tracking probation evaluations renewing employee agreements and monitoring employee performance;
- Managing and reviewing disciplinary actions such as employee penalties disciplinary warnings attendance and terminations;
- Being responsible for compensation and benefits including researching C&B data and aligning it with the company structure;
- Coordinating and implementing company activities events internal public relations and employee relationships;
- Carrying out any other necessary work or ad-hoc assignments.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree or above Human Resources Business management
- Chinese language is required
- At least 2 years of work experience.
