About the Role:
Reporting to the National Operations Manager youll lead a dynamic employment services team and manage a diverse client portfolio across multiple Sydney locations. This is a leadership role that combines operational oversight with strategic customer engagement and business development. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping regional success and be part of a leadership team influencing company-wide goals.
Youll be responsible for leading coaching and inspiring your team. Youll ensure that services are delivered with impact and compliance foster long-term stakeholder relationships and align regional strategies with our national objectives. Driving operational performance championing innovation and reporting on key outcomes will be at the core of your day-to-day impact.
Primarily based at our Maroubra site this role will work collectively across multiple sites including Marrickville Bondi Junction Redfern and Campsie.
Requirements:
- Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
- Strategic mindset with a passion for operational excellence
- Proven team leadership experience is essential
- Leadership experience within the employment services sector is advantageous
- Knowledge of employment services workforce solutions or professional services preferred
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
