Job Description:
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered
Overall Purpose: The purpose of this role is to lead and strategically manage construction projects by developing comprehensive plans ensuring technical excellence and quality facilitating stakeholder communication maintaining emergency response readiness enforcing safety protocols and performing additional duties to support project success and organizational alignment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Job Contribution: A professional with solid knowledge of fundamental concepts and organizational practices working on smaller projects. Exercises judgment in the absence of prescribed guidelines or policies determine appropriate action. Works under minimal supervision with independent judgement. Actions impact efficiency and costs. Interacts primarily within the department across various teams.

Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&Ts compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include but is not limited to work related to fuel tanks emergency and stand-by generators boilers hazardous waste hazardous materials batteries manholes and vaults water wells linear and other construction projects water discharge or air emissions.
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 1 years of related Facilities or Workplace Planning experience required. Certification is required in some areas.
