Due to organisational growth Global Skills is currently recruiting for an additional Workforce Australia Performance Manager to oversee and manage daily site operations and support our Workforce Australia Fairfield Team.
Successful candidates for these roles will:
Have a strong and demonstrated working knowledge of the Workforce Australia contract
Have a minimum of 3 years management experience specifically leading employment service teams
Qualifications in Employment Services Community Services Disability or Career Development will be highly regarded
Possess excellent leadership and communication skills
Possess the skills to build a positive workplace culture and high performing teams
Share our commitment to providing the highest standard of customer service and collaboration with key stakeholders
Have a passion for helping others and making a difference
Possess strong administration skills and IT literacy
Have an understanding of the local labour market career and training opportunities
Be willing to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check Working with Children Check and other checks as deemed necessary
Be eligible to work in Australia
Be expected to comply with all Information Security and Privacy requirements
Have a full drivers licence and be willing to travel to other sites as required.
