About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior HR Product Analyst HR Systems to join the HR Employee/Labor Relations Services Team within Traditional Product Management. This is an exciting opportunity to help lead Wells Fargos Human Resources transformation to deliver a new experience to our team through process and technology. The Senior HR Product Analyst HR Systems will deliver compelling and integrated HR technology solutions and ensure alignment to HR Product and Portfolio Management standards and best practices. The ideal candidate is a hands-on proven contributor with strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills knowledge of the project tasks required to deliver solutions leveraging both in-house and SAAS based applications (ServiceNow and Workday). Candidates must have a proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (partners from COE business partners HR Legal Technology and Risk) and possess strong interpersonal skills. Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
