Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a Tag Management Executive to support a leading automotive client with the ongoing management and optimisation of their global web and data infrastructure. This role is perfect for someone with a strong attention to detail solid technical know-how and an interest in digital marketing and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment and management of tracking tags through tag management platforms such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tagging issues collaborating closely with development teams.
  • Assist in the implementation of pixels scripts and tags that contribute to performance measurement across digital platforms.
  • Maintain and monitor data layers to ensure accurate data capture and consistency across platforms.
  • Work alongside analysts and media teams to ensure tracking supports campaign measurement and analytics requirements.
  • Ensure all tracking and tagging complies with GDPR and data privacy policies.
  • Document tagging implementations and processes for internal and client reference.
  • Participate in QA processes to validate tag deployments.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML JavaScript CSS) and browser debugging tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills particularly with technical and non-technical teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Nice to Haves:

  • Understanding of GDPR and data compliance best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with tag management systems (GTM Tealium Adobe Launch etc.).
  • Knowledge of Performance Tracking

The EMEA team is responsible for global and regional client relationships led from London as well as the development of new data-driven marketing capabilities. They form part of our global team and collaborate closely with local market Annalect teams across EMEA as well as regional Omnicom agency partners.

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office two working remotely) to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 17:30 but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day whether thats in the office or working remotely. For example you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
